Villa Dorka - How to rent this property.

Villa Dorka is a privately rented 8/10 bed property ideally suited for skiing holidays in the winter as well as for walking, cycling and sightseeing/cultural holidays during the rest of the year.It is situated close to a number of National Parts and is in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Villa Dorka is just off the road linking Istebna village centre with Koniaków and occupies a very quiet, peaceful spot with wonderful views over the valley. There are lots of local amenities within easy reach.

We are now taking bookings covering the period from October 1, 2007 until spring 2009. If you would like to book a week's holiday, please check the availability and tariffs for the week that you want and contact us as soon as possible to start the booking process. This process is as follows:

1. Confirm availability of the dates required and tariffs with the owners by e-mail (preferred) or by telephone (English and Polish only).
2. After receiving a booking form, this should be filled in and returned, along with a cheque (UK only) made payable to 'AS & HJ Oates' for 25% of the rental fee as a non-returnable deposit. Deposit payments from outside the UK should be made using our secure PayPal payment facility (see the payment button on the left side of this screen). UK and Polish customers may also pay using direct bank transfer using Internet banking if appropriate. All payments will be properly and promptly acknowledged and receipts issued.
3. The balance of the rental fee should be received no less than 30 days before the start of the rental period. If your booking date is less than 30 days from the start date of your rental period, then the full rental fee will be required at the time of booking.
4. A refundable damage waiver fee of £100 will be required with your final payment. This will be refunded to you within 30 days if no damage has been caused during your stay. In the rare event that any damages occur, the actual cost of those damages will be taken from this amount and the balance will be refunded within 30 days. People who treat our home with respect are less likely to incur any such costs.

You should inform us of what time you are expecting to reach Istebna on your day of arrival so that you can be met by our local representative and be given the keys. On your day of departure you should vacate the premises before 10 a.m. but should also inform us, or our representative, of the time of your departure so that the keys may be handed back and a damage waiver check form be signed and given to you.
